ADAM BONELLO

ADAM BONELLO is a young composer whose musical talent was recognised at an early age. His first musical instrument was the cello but in keeping with the fashion of the time he soon graduated to the guitar. He perfected his musical education first at the Ecole de Technologies Musicale in Geneva, Switzerland and then at the Musician's Institute, Los Angeles, California. It was during his long stay in Hollywood that he was inspired to write music for films. His first efforts mainly consisted of scores for short documentaries and THE GREAT SIEGE is his first major work for the screen. Adam has won the Malta Music Awards twice as lead guitarist of the CHARACTERS. Having also worked as First Assistant Director has helped to inspire him musically, as has the time spent filming in Turkey where he delved deeply into the roots of medieval Turkish music which he has brought out so poignantly in his score.
Adam is now resident in Sydney, Australia and can be contacted on
